B.Tech Regular ( 4 Years Program)

• A Candidate must appear for the entrance exam conducted for B.Tech (Regular) by the BPTPIA (Bihar Private Technical & Professional Institutions Association).
• Candidates can fill up the registration form for appearing in the exam by visiting NSIT admission cell with the required documents.
• The BPTPIA exam is usually conducted between June & August; the exact date of examination is informed via BPTPIA website and Institute’s website.
• A candidate also must have passed 10+2 examination with Physics/ Mathematics/ Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Biology/ Informatics Practices/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies/ Entrepreneurship.

B.Tech Lateral Entry (3 Years Program)

• A Candidate must appear for the entrance exam conducted for B.Tech (Regular) by the BPTPIA (Bihar Private Technical & Professional Institutions Association).
• Candidates can fill up the registration form for appearing in the exam by visiting NSIT admission cell with the required documents.
• The BPTPIA exam is usually conducted between June & August; the exact date of examination is informed via BPTPIA website and Institute’s website.
• A candidate also must have Passed Minimum THREE years / TWO years (Lateral Entry) Diploma examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in ANY branch of Engineering and Technology. OR Passed B.Sc. Degree from a recognized University as defined by UGC, with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) and passed 10+2 examination with Mathematics as a subject. OR Passed B.Voc/3-year D.Voc. Stream in the same or allied sector. (The Universities will offer suitable bridge courses such as Mathematics, Physics, Engineering drawing, etc., for the students coming from diverse backgrounds to achieve desired learning outcomes of the programme)

Diploma (3 Years Program)

• A Candidate must appear for the entrance exam conducted for Diploma (Regular) by the BPTPIA (Bihar Private Technical & Professional Institutions Association).
• Candidates can fill up the registration form for appearing in the exam by visiting NSIT admission cell with the required documents.
• The BPTPIA exam is usually conducted between June & August; the exact date of examination is informed via BPTPIA website and Institute’s website.
• A candidate must also have passed 10th Standard/SSC Examination obtained at least 35% marks in the qualifying examination

BBA & BCA

• A candidate must have passed 10+2 exam with a minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ST) in relevant subjects from a recognized board.
